Expected Behavior

I expected a button to enable bullet points and numberer lists.

Actual Behavior
I can't find one. I know the feature has been there, but I can't remember how I did lists in the past. Was it a button in the menu or a simple "dash space text return" that's being auto-formated into a list?

Anyhow, I can't figure out how to do lists again, might be because I lack 1337ness or it's a bug. ;)

Ok, this is strange. This is what the editor looked like yesterday (image copied from #456 )

Note the missing bullet point and numbered list icons, which should be between the text alignment and indent buttons.

So, without changing anything (no updates, or other stuff), this is what the editor looked like today.

As the missing buttons are clearly back, the problem is solved for me, although it bugs me that I don't know:

why this happened and what the cause of it was
if it will happen again
what mysterious force brought the buttons back
