Which part of the project does this feature apply to?

Frontend

What would you like?

A description on lists helps to understand how a list is to be used. Which types of cards to add to that list, what it means for a card to be in that list, etc.

As a cherry on top, a board could also benefit from a description which can be used to summarise the workflow/intended-use for that board.

These descriptions should be visible just below the list-name and board-name.

Why is this needed?

This helps misconceptions and gently guides users to put the right cards in the right place (and move them across lanes correctly as well). In combination with #1228 this leads to a much more intuitive interaction with the workflow that is defined in the board.

Planka serves as a bridge between clients (often non-technical, not workflow oriented) and engineers (technical, workflow oriented). Without the descriptions, clients need to be briefed verbally or by other means on how to use the board. This is also true for engineers who need to know when a card should be moved from one lane to another.

Hey! First of all, a big thanks for your support - very, very much appreciated 🙏

I like this feature request - it's not hard to add, just need to find a proper way to display these descriptions :)
