📄 Description

This pull request adds a complete Japanese localization for the Markdown editor:
Translated all strings in client/src/locales/ja-JP/markdown-editor.json to Japanese.
Updated client/src/locales/ja-JP/core.js to include the Markdown editor localization.
With these changes, the Markdown editor UI is now fully available in Japanese for all users who select this language.
This update improves the experience for Japanese-speaking users and ensures consistency across all localized components.
