Description of the bug

When playing an mpeg dash (MPD) live tv stream from the BBC, it plays for about 30s and then hangs. The OSD initially shows the video as 9s long, then 18s, then 24s but it stops increasing and when it gets to 24s, playback halts with the last frame on screen.

Reproduction steps

Add stream to live tv and play (Geo-Blocked to UK): https://vs-cmaf-pushb-uk-live.akamaized.net/x=4/i=urn:bbc:pips:service:bbc_two_northern_ireland_hd/iptv_mse_v0_hevc.mpd

I think the BBC news channel is not geo-blocked:

I recognized the same issue with "BBC 1 Xtra" as radio station if I keep the option "Auto-loop live streams" off, it stops after 17 seconds, if I keep it on, it will report a player failure.
