Changes

  • Adds a permission to manage collections (add, remove and delete)
  • Enforce permission on the collection endpoints

Will require changes to jellyfin-web (https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web/pull/4199) to take the new permission into account when displaying the elements in the item dropdown and collection screens. Additionally requires a setting in jellyfin-web to be available to set it.
