Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Thanks @fofwisdom for raising, but I'm going to close this off as I feel #2373 already covers the request to align the numbering scheme for revisions.
