Steps to Reproduce

  1. Edit page
  2. Restore page
  3. View the Page Revisions

Expected Behaviour

Revision number displayed.

Thanks @fofwisdom for raising, but I'm going to close this off as I feel #2373 already covers the request to align the numbering scheme for revisions.
