Describe the Bug

It is not possible to insert an empty line after the table if the table is at the end of the document.

As an example I demonstrated in the attached video this issue and possible solution (how is that implemented on the other editor)

Steps to Reproduce

Create a page
insert a table on the last empty line
Try to add a new line after the table

Expected Behaviour

It is already possible to navigate by keyboard via the down arrow, from a bottom table cell, but I've added a point on #5631
to add a more invuitive method, for when the mouse is clicked in the area below such a content type.
