Describe the feature you'd like
Now that we have an owner field #2436, it does make sense to search or sort books based on its owner, like in a library where books are stored by author.
We generally see an image, the title and the author on a book cover. However, in BookStack we see an image, the title and the first sentence of content. What about reconsidering this choice ?
If you are concerned about clutter, what about adding a Toggle Details button like in home page ?

Improve UX. See the author on a book cover makes sense.
It might happen that two authors published a book with the same title, this feature will fix any ambiguity.
