API Endpoint or Feature

-> Add /api/attachment/<page_id>/xxxxxxx
-> Edit GET from page: Return in response JSON documents_id in page

Use-Case

Allow atach, delete, view atachments in page
Explain the use-case that you're working-on that requires the above request.

RELATED TO #2942
I use many automatizations in confluence. many external systems create reports in PDF and need atach it to a PAGE.
Many operation services in a lot of companies use confluence as OPI book. if bookStack implements these could be and real alternative
