Set chapter position, within book, on creation #1123

When one creates a new chapter, it will appear on the very bottom of the book overview. Then you need to start the sort function to put it in the position you want.

It would be much better if one could choose the position already while creating the new chapter.

The same might be worth doing for pages, but I guess its a bit more hard to put this into the UI

Thanks @ezzra.
This is a neat idea. It may take a fair bit of UI space so I think it would best suit being within one of the expander-sections (Like tags) with the current behaviour being the default if skipped.
