Reproduction steps

iOS 26 devices may use HDR format for screen capture, which produces a HEIC format, which is different from the SDR format PNG. After uploading the HEIC format screenshot to the server for transcoding, its thumbnail will produce strange color blocks. When the image is downloaded locally, the original image will not have this problem when viewed.
