Subject of the issue

when I run purge vault it warns me that all items will be purged, but nothing seems to be purged?

Your environment

server version 1.16.3
web version 2.15.1

Bitwarden_rs version:
built from source
Install method:
Clients used:
Reverse proxy and version:
Version of mysql/postgresql:
Other relevant information:

Steps to reproduce

i set up bw. i exported all my accounts from bitwarden.com to json file and imported them.
I used the settings menu to select purge vault and clicked ok.
No entries were purged

Expected behaviour

I should have not more entries in my vault

Actual behaviour

everything was still there
