Couple changes here:

  • TOC added as the Readme is already quite big and cumbersome to navigate
  • Moved the Arch package info from build instructions to new Packages section here as it was kinda lost and inappropriate in the build doc. Also credited @mqus on this one.
  • Added Matrix chat room information (resolves #76)
  • Fixed couple typos
