Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Admin Console' (There are no checkboxes in the collections list)
  2. Click on some 'collection'
  3. Missing menu arrow next to the collection name

Expected Result

As an Admin, if I can create a collection and set its permissions, I expect to be able to edit this as well.

Actual Result

I can create a collection, but I can't edit it afterwards. Before the update to the latest version and the interface change, it worked fine.
