Please provide the generated support string as requested. If you are for example using an outdated vaultwarden version it would not be an client issue.

Thanks. Not sure if that's the cause but your Let's Encrypt certificate does not seem to be issued for your subdomain.

Not only that, the nginx probably has done security settings to which cause issues. When trying to get
/api/configAnd ssllabs.com also reports issues.
