Steps To Reproduce

Card, Idendity, secure note not displaying anything
if i filter or search for example GitHub in my fault, it takes very long. I only see the circle, which tells me, waiting for data.

Browser Plugin, Bitwarden Portable does not have this issue.

Expected Result

It should display the cards, idendity, secure notes.
The filter should speed up

Actual Result

only displaying the access credentials inside the vault.
