Steps To Reproduce

  1. Save a send and set it to expire via the vaultwarden browser extension.
  2. When send has expired, it's still visible under Send, and the copy of your sends when you're logged into your vault is completely off-sync, i.e if you've added anything via the web version, until you log out and log in manually into the browser extension, you'll be having discrepancies.

Expected Result

Sends to be synchronized and represent up-to-date versions of those stored on the server.

Actual Result

Sends are not being synchronized with the server when you're logged in.

The issue might stem from the fact my nginx config was not perhaps up-to-date with the one in the documentation. I'm closing this for now and will re-open if the issue re-appears.
