This seems to be by-design, although I'm not able to trigger it when the sidebar is collapsed.
And, it only happens to me on a very small viewport or when is zoom-in very very big.

Maybe you have some extensions which adjust some stuff, like Dark Reader or other extensions.

In any case. It isn't really something we could fix, and it's better to report this to Bitwarden since the client is build and maintained by them.
