Reproduction steps

  1. Set "Open registrations" on instance
  2. Logout and navigate to login page
  3. Navigate between /login and /signup using the buttons on the UI

Expected behavior

The animation of the background image sliding in should be only played once on initial page load.

Actual Behavior

The animation is played on each navigation to /login or /signup.
