feature request to make /setup the default homepage for new installations. After initial setup change back to the default homepage

Pitch

Manual navigation to /setup makes installation and initial setup more difficult for no reason.

This will make new installations easier - browse to the service and setup the initial admin account. After initial setup change back to the default homepage. This is the way many other services are structured.
