Feature description

The new app dashboard introduced in v1.7.0 is not shown in the sidebar for admins, and I think it should be. Admins can access the page by clicking the somewhat hidden button with their profile icon, but it feels unintuitive. If "My Account" gets to exist as both a profile icon button and sidebar button, why shouldn't "My Apps"?

The sidebar is already "cluttered" in mine and @stonith404 opinion. Hence why we put it in that menu, We plan on hopefully refactoring the sidebar soon, but we want to get all the current PR's merged first.
