🐛 Bug Report: Unable to update someone elses profile picture #329

Reproduction steps

  1. Sign in as an admin user (foo)
  2. Navigate to Users
  3. Pick another user (bar) and click Edit
  4. Upload a new profile picture
  5. Refresh the page

Expected behavior

New profile picture is applied to the user that is being edited (bar)

Actual Behavior

New profile picture is applied to the admin user who is performing the update (foo).
The profile picture of bar that is being updated actually stays unchanged.

On a side note, thank you so much for adding profile pictures. This is something I literally thought about just a few weeks ago, and now it's suddenly here. I've been hosting profile pictures somewhere else and adding them manually by creting a custom claim picture, it's much nicer now.
