Reproduction steps

  1. Add passkey via Google Password Manager.
  2. Try to save it with the auto generated name, "Google Password Manager Passkey"

Expected behavior

Passkey should be saved.
I don't think encountering this issue, which requires no user intervention in order to occur, is an ideal outcome for a default setting/suggestion.

Actual Behavior

"Name must be at most 30 characters long"
