My company is looking at trying this software, but the one small thing making us hesitate is that the Description and Comments on a Card don't support the ability to embed an Image (from Clipboard) or a Video (from PC Upload). The software we currently use supports this, and it allows our manual testers to easily communicate what they're seeing with the Dev Team. They can use CTRL+V in comments to paste an Image. They can also upload files via an attachment button above the comment box. Video files of supported types (mp4, mkv, and webm) embed and are playable directly in the comments, not needing to be downloaded first just to be watched.

From reviewing the demo, it looks like the Description box may support this already, but it doesn't appear the Demo allows me to try it, so I'm not certain the depth it goes. It looks as if you can't CTRL+V to paste and embed and image, that you might have to host it elsewhere and link to it, which if that's the case, then this request would still stand for the Description box as well as Comments.

I'm not a frequent Git person but I tried to make sure I didn't see another request of this nature. If I need to present this request differently, or if you need more information, please let me know. This app seems to have a lot of promise though.

Hi! It's a very useful thing. We even have an improved version of the editor where you can insert images, but we can't open its source code yet. But we will definitely do it.
