📄 Description

This pull request adds a complete Korean localization for the Markdown editor:
Translated all strings in client/src/locales/ko-KR/markdown-editor.json to Korean.
Updated client/src/locales/ko-KR/core.js to include the Markdown editor localization.
With these changes, the Markdown editor UI is now fully available in Korean for all users who select this language.
This update improves the experience for Korean-speaking users and ensures consistency across all localized components.
