Current Behavior

When going to webhooks on filament-v4 it will say that the page had an error when loading.

Expected Behavior

It should show the discord form along with the custom view to see it.

Steps to Reproduce

Open admin and go to webhooks, create a new one and go to discord view.

Wings Version

canary (develop)

Games and/or Eggs Affected
