Current Behavior

When I try to send a test mail, my mail provider (Strato) refuses as it considers it spam. I get the following error message in a popup:

Expected response code "250" but got code "550", with message "550 5.7.1 Refused by local policy. No SPAM please! (B-EX 155302::1746872527-DA5A4E5B-9B48BD03/20/8334951246) see https://www.strato-hosting.co.uk/faq/product/why-are-my-emails-not-being-delivered".

I am not sure what the mail's content is. Maybe Strato is just picky...

Test mail should not be considered spam.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Setup mail sending over SMTPS using Strato.
  • Send test mail.

Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues before opening this issue.
  • I have provided all relevant details, including the specific game and Docker images I am using if this issue is related to running a server.
  • I have checked in the Discord server and believe this is a bug with the software, and not a configuration issue with my specific system.

Nothing we can do about really, the test email pretty only contains "this is a test mail".
If it gets marked as spam it's up to to mail provider you are using.
