Description of the bug

Transcoding reason is missing from Server dashboard and from Playback Info

Reproduction steps

When I played The Office - A Benihana Christmas on Chrome on a Chrome browser I wanted to check the transcoding reason and couldn't from Server dashboard and from Playback Info. It was missing from the details.

I'm running server 10.11.5 and it seems this bug has gotten worse there? The web server says it's direct-playing, when it was actually transcoding a video due to video bitrate. (Video was 46Mbps, Roku client was limited to 40Mbps).

I could have sworn I saw a post detailing this issue, but I can't find it now... is there a posted issue for 10.11.5 that I am missing, or maybe I should post one?
