Description of the bug

Library removal from dashboard does not remove it from user side.

Reproduction steps

Sign in on Dashboard.
Remove folder.
Folder is removed from Admin Dashboard
User side it still their and still active.

I clean cache and reboot and still showing up. Restarting the services cause it to crash and not start backup. Have to do a re-install to get it to boot back up.

What is the current bug behavior?

When deleting the library from the Admin Dashboard, its still available on the user side.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Remove library from user side and update the count in the admin dashboard.
