Feature Request: Add support for group-title in Live TV IPTV M3U

Please add support for showing IPTV channels in grouped categories using the group-title tag from the M3U playlist.

Why it's important:

  • Almost all IPTV players (Smart IPTV, Tivimate, Smart Player Pro) support grouping channels by genre (e.g. Sports, Movies, News).
  • Jellyfin currently shows all channels in a flat list, even if the M3U has proper grouping.
  • This makes navigation extremely painful for users with large IPTV playlists (1000+ channels).

Suggested behavior:

  • Allow users to browse channels in group folders (like "Movies", "News", "Sports", etc.)
  • Or at least enable sorting/filtering by group-title in the UI.

This would massively improve usability for IPTV users.
