Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Description of the bug
After using Jellfin on Ubuntu 24.04 I see still the memory use et increased.
jellyfin 2.27 GiB /usr/bin/jellyfin --webdir=/usr/share/jellyfin/web --ffmpeg=/usr/lib/jellyfin-ff ...
I know this issue is reported many times and not only by me. There are no fixes for it and it make thel computer very slow.
Jellyfin is nice but this memory use is annoying as it start from about 360 Mbyte until above value in two days.
Please development team please do something on this

What is the current bug behavior?

What is the expected correct behavior?
Stable use of memory and if extra memory is used for a library scan this extra memory use is cleared after finishing the scan.
