Description of the bug
When decoding 4k H265 10 bit video using a web player or PC player, a playback error prompt window will appear (due to a fatal player error, playback fails)
Android device plays normally!

But the Android client can play normally,
I installed this directly on Windows, and the AMD driver is already the latest
