Description of the bug

When decoding 4k H265 10 bit video using a web player or PC player, a playback error prompt window will appear (due to a fatal player error, playback fails)
Android device plays normally!

  1. Radeon driver installation is incomplete and OpenCL runtime library is missing.
  2. Virtual GPU is not supported, such as created by remote desktop and other tools.

But the Android client can play normally,
I installed this directly on Windows, and the AMD driver is already the latest
