Description of the bug

During playback, it arbitrarily stops and returns to the web ui.
Resuming playback either starts from 0, or from some future point (like the playback didn't stop on the server), so perhaps this is related to #13555 .

No messages in the log except the following:

[23:17:41] [INF] [29] Jellyfin.Api.Helpers.MediaInfoHelper: User policy for user. EnablePlaybackRemuxing: True EnableVideoPlaybackTranscoding: True EnableAudioPlaybackTranscoding: True                                                                                                                                                                                    
[23:27:43] [INF] [23] Emby.Server.Implementations.Session.SessionManager: Playback stopped reported by app Jellyfin Web 10.10.6 playing Video.S01E01.1080p. Stopped at 1670732 ms
