Description of the bug

Hello, I started using the OpenSubtitles plugin, but I believe I reached some kind of limit because it doesn't work anymore.
I believe at one point OpenSubtitles plugin was developed to leverage its service, given that it was aligning with Jellyfin's goals.
If OpenSubtitles enforces a limit... It's not "Open" subtitles anymore, it's CLOSED subtitles which I believe goes in the opposite direction from Jellyfin, it does not align anymore.

I would very much like an alternative, and I imagine many other users would too.

Reproduction steps

Downloading subtitles does not work anymore.

What is the current bug behavior?

Daily subs limit, which is a bummer because not all subtitles are correct, or display correctly.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Successful subtitle download.
