Description of the bug

After I select Nvidia NVENC on Hardware accelaration I get this error. I want to use the hardware acceleration of the video card otherwise the movie lags because the CPU is working at 100%

Reproduction steps

From the browser I choose the movie and press play

What is the current bug behavior?

After pressing play the movie does not start and I get the error
