Description of the bug

I have noticed that since recently my watch history and other things like continue watching/watch next dont update anymore.
So for example i watch a show, stop it in the middle of an episode, but it doesnt show up as continue watching in the overview.
Also when i finish an episode and stop watching, the next episode shoulw show under watch next, but it doesnt.

Not sure
I watch an episode of a show, stop it and go to overview, but it looks like i have never watched thst show

Hi, im having the same issue even on a clean 10.10.6 Docker installation.
The Log happens everytime starting a new Episode.

This is most likely fixed in master due to the EFCore migration which will be available in the next major release (10.11)
