Description of the bug

After the recent Jellyfin Server updates, LiveTV channels in 4K HEVC with HDR and AC4 audio get transcoded, even though it was direct playing before.

The stated transcoding reason is that the audio codec is not supported.
It was supported before.

The issue is happening with all clients including Jellyfin Web on Webos that was working fine before on direct play.

Reproduction steps

Play a 4K HEV AC4 LiveTV Channel

What is the current bug behavior?

The stream is transcoded instead of direct playing.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The stream should direct play

I forgot to mention that the stream gets transcoded because Jellyfin server thinks the audio codec is not supported, while it was before.

I updated the issue accordingly :)
