Please describe your bug

I have a bug in my admin dashboard that prevents the user management panel from displaying when I make an update to 10.9.6
The admin profile is also not showing
All the rest of dashboard displaying is correctly.

UPDATE :
[SOLVED] : this is the add-on "Skin Manager" that cause a problem of not dipslaying list of users.
[SOLUTION]: change the skin and test or disable the extension

I follow this documentation to reset my permission, but change nothing : https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/administration/troubleshooting
