Please describe your bug

With the deprecation of the metadata folder and saving season pictures in the show folder backdrops are saved as seasonXX-fanart.ext alongside the season folder (and not in it).
Adding a new backdrop via the GUI overrides the file with the new one. The GUI shows multiple backdrops but all are the same.
Existing backdrop pictures in the season folder (backdrop.ext ... backdropX.ext) are not affected.
Deleting one of the newly added backdrops deletes the file but the GUI still shows the remaining backdrops as empty items.

Reproduction Steps

  • Edit Pictures of a season
  • Add new backgrounds/backdrops
  • the newest backdrop overrides the previous ones (except old ones saved inside the season folder)
  • delete one of the newly added backdrops
