Please describe your bug

If you change the Preferred download language & Country/Region for a Show or Movie and save the settings for it, then it is still there.
If you refresh the metadata it reverts back the servers global setting.
All my Swedish shows now have English names and metadata.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Change the preferred download language and country/region to Swedish, Sweden for a show or movie.
  2. Save the metadata settings
  3. Do a refresh of the metadata

Jellyfin Version

10.9.6
