Describe the bug
I set up a daily task to scan all libraries, which is working fine so far. I noticed that when the scan starts, the movie count, in my case 42, decreases to 9. After the scan finishes, all 42 movies are visible again.

I also noticed that while scan is running, the remaining(visible) movies have huge loading time for the posters, maybe he fetches them any time again? I set "Never" in metadata refresh on all libraries.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to 'Scheduled Tasks'
  2. Click on 'Scan media library'
  3. Add daily task
  4. See the problem when scan is running

Expected behavior
All files/movies are visible until they are detected unavailable/deleted. All posters/images should be available anytime, even when scanning

System:

  • OS: Docker
  • Jellyfin Version: 10.2.2
