[Issue]: All clients only show 100 items per library #4884

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Please describe your bug
As you can see in the images, only showing 100 item per page, no next button to navigate.
All clients affected: web, android, andoid tv, etc
Right now the only way to fix is a client side settings in Display:

Update to jellyfin-server_20230530.6-unstable fixed the problem....

I was think in past i can cinfigure that Android and web Client can Show more than 100 items per Page ?
