Please describe your bug
Burned-in subtitles no longer show up on 10.8.10 on my nVidia Shield. When I enable subtitles, the steam pauses and I get the "burning in subtitles" notification. When the steam resumes there are no subtitles. I didn't see any unusual errors in either the server log or the transcoding logs. I rolled the server back to 10.8.9 and burned-in subtitles show up.
