Please describe your bug

The metadata editor has an option to lock items (songs, albums, or libraries) in order to prevent future changes to the item's metadata. However, when refreshing the library of the locked item (right click -> refresh metadata) and selecting "Search for missing metadata" as the refresh mode, manually entered genre tags get reset.

10.8.8

Environment

- OS: DietPi
- Virtualization: Docker
- Clients: Manjaro
- Browser: Google Chrome 108.0.5359.98 
- FFmpeg Version: No idea where to find that and Google won't help me in that regard, but if someone could point that out for me I would be eager to add it
- Playback Method: direct
- Hardware Acceleration: none
- Plugins: MusicBrainz, AudioDB, VGMdb, TMDb, Playback Reporting, Studio Images, Cover Art Archive, Fanart, OMDb
- Reverse Proxy: nginx
- Base URL: none
- Networking: Host
- Storage: local
