--Update: As of now I believe I fixed the issue. I ended up deleted all of the data from the database table mediaattachments located in the Library.db folder. Once I did that. I ran a library scan so that it could regenerate missing data and no more errors on the files that were issues. I will need to keep a close eye on this though.
