Please describe your bug

On the latest version of Jellyfin (10.8.4), I can't use m3u files to create playlists. The file is detected because it appears in the "playlists" tabs, but there is no music in it.
It worked fine on Jellyfin 10.8.1 (I did not test 10.8.2 and 10.8.3). So I'm using 10.8.1 for now.
