Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Please describe your bug
Manually create a new collection, then add a few movies, then delete the collection, and confirm that the corresponding collection directory under the /var/lib/jellyfin/data/collections/ directory has been deleted;
When rescanning the media library, it was found that the deleted collection was restored.
