Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Please describe your bug
One of the smart TVs in our network is discovered as a new DLNA device on every scan, leading to this device being listed multiple times in the device list.
