Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

We should consider using buildx (https://github.com/docker/buildx) to create the multi-arch container images.

I've discussed it with @nvllsvm a ways back. We weren't able to get it working before azure pipes so maybe this is an option again.
