Describe the bug

In Dashboard active devices and under Activity there is a stuck zombie activity for one video. It is reported for one user, that user is not watching that content it is just stuck and it appears every 2-3 hours like the user has finished playing that content. When the user is playing something, it is displaying everything correctly. That user is using apple only devices to view the content, on a Safari browser.

  • OS: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
  • Virtualization: Proxmox VM
  • Clients: iMac pro, iphone 8

  • Installed Plugins: AudioDB, Email Notifications, MusicBrainz, Playback Reporting
  • Reverse Proxy: Nginx
  • Base URL: yes
  • Networking: NAT
  • Storage: Local

Please re-open this issue since it is back again.
I have this activity in my dashboard for days now.
It is for my account it started after I played a song and had to force close the application.
Now is stuck in "Direct playing mode" and the activity log is full of that user finished watching and it repeats every ~20 minutes.
The song is 4 minutes long. Restarting of Jellyfin server and host machine doesn't help.
It is not an urgent issue, but it is an annoying one and it should be explored a bit more.

This is happening to me on 10.8.7.

This is an extra annoying bug for me because I use the last.fm plugin to scrobble my music, and when this happens each of the incorrect listings in the activity log gets scrobbled to my profile

This problem still exists, and it's so annoying that I can't use the Activity module to view the history of a user's actions!
